Only the other weekend i was taking with the kids about our camping holidays, you teaching us how to fish, taking us all bird watching and teaching us about flowers and nature. Also when all the grandkids were packed in the car in the summer holidays to go and veg pick at the allotment to give Nan a rest but we used to eat it all while picking it :) :)
You were always the one in the background managing the chaos when we were little, keeping you busy after your retirement!! I remember you disappearing under the floor boards at Graysons Road to sort out your home brew, being the one who used to dress up as Father Christmas after Christmas dinner (but we all sussed you out when we realised Father Christmas had Grandads shoes on).
Thank you for the memories xxxx

Thank you for setting up this memorial to Alan.
We hope that you find it a positive experience developing the site and that it becomes a place of comfort and inspiration for you to visit whenever you want or need to.
